Recreational Class for Adults in September
- Published 08/21/2009
After receiving numerous request for a class to help beginner and recreational players learn the proper technique to play badminton, we are scheduling two classes to meet this need in September.
The goal for this small session is to help players enjoy the game while minimizing injury. Players that played without any guidance or training usually create bad habits that lead to pain and injury. One common injury due to improper technique of racket stroke is wrist pain, elbow pain, and arm soreness. In this short session, the coach will show the proper form and technique for racket stroke and correct footwork to minimize injuries.
Enroll in this class now and help make your badminton game fun and less injury.
09/19 - Saturday 11:15am - 12:45pm ( Fee $20 )
09/26 - Saturday 11:15am - 12:45pm ( Fee $20 )
09/19 - 09/26 - Saturday 11:15am - 12:45pm ( 2 Sessions - Fee $35 )
