MS - Men Singles
WS - Women Singles
MD - Men Doubles
WD - Women Doubles
MX - Mixed Doubles ( Players/Teams can only play 1 Mixed Double event )
Event Matches:
All events consist of single-elimination with consolation. All matches with the exception of Consolation Matches are run using the BWF rules of 21x3 rally point scoring system. Consolation Matches are run using 21x1 rally point scoring system.
FLIGHTS:
Flight of an event might be canceled if less than 8 players/teams registered.
A - Expert / Professional (Open Flight)
B - Advance
C - Intermediate
D - Beginner / Intermediate

Nov 1st - Last day to register (NO FREE t-shirt)
NO FREE t-shirt for registration received after Friday Nov 1, 2008. T-shirt quantities and sizes are based on participants registered on/before the last day of registration.
All entry forms and payments MUST be received by November 1, 2008.
Entries that are INCOMPLETE (Partner has not registered AND/OR no payment) will not be accepted or placed on the draw.
We are enforcing stricter rules to ensure that the tournament run smoothly and professionally. We hope that all participant work with us to make badminton a more recognized professional sport.

Prize Money is awarded to the Winner and Runner-Up based on the chart. Prize money is subject to change (increase / decrease) based on the number of players participate.
AMS : $250 (1st), $100 (2nd)
AMD : $350 (1st), $150 (2nd)
AMX : $240 (1st), $80 (2nd)
AWS : $100 (1st), $50 (2nd)
AWD : $120 (1st), $60 (2nd)
- B/C/D Events:
Trophies or medals will be given to all winners, runner-ups, and consolation winners.

- Participants are limited to 2 events per day unless approved by the Tournament Director.
- Registration will be limited to ensure tournament is run smoothly.
- All Singles Doubles flights are limited to 32 Players / Teams
- Only 1 Mixed Doubles event can be played.
- First registered and paid will be entered in the draw.
- Yonex shuttlecocks are provided in limited basis:
- A events : shuttlecocks are provided as needed
- B/C/D Singles events : 2 for main & 1 for consolation
- B/C/D Doubles events : 4 for main & 2 for consolation

The store is five minutes away from De Anza College, Fremont High School and Homestead High School.
